We have been in our home in Wexford Reserve built by Kimberly Walters of Stellar Blu Construction for one year and are very happy with the quality. Our home was already framed when we purchased it, but Kimberly let us select some of the important finishes to make it better reflect our style.
Having recently built another home, we knew that you need a builder who takes great pride in their work and is going to be attentive to every detail. Kimberly does that and so much more! To meet her incredibly high standards, she has quality sub-contractors who know that she will only accept excellence, and they work hard to make sure she’s satisfied—which in turn meant that we were satisfied. Being new to North Carolina, we didn’t know what to expect for utility bills and have been surprised at how low they have been for both heating and cooling. When it came time for our one-year punch list (only minor items), Kimberly was incredibly responsive in getting things addressed immediately. She even sent us reminders the day before anyone was scheduled!
We love our home and highly recommend Stellar Blu Construction to anyone looking for a quality home. We can also recommend Wexford Reserve as a great neighborhood with wonderful neighbors.
